Henan General Team - The First General Team-level "Traffic One Map" Project in China

Zhunyuan Network actively assists the Traffic Police General Team of Henan Provincial Public Security Department and devotes itself wholeheartedly to ensuring road traffic safety. Under the high attention of the general team, it especially focuses on strengthening the construction of road traffic science and technology information. In cooperation with Zhunyuan Network, it takes the lead in formulating the "Overall Plan for Intelligent Traffic Management in Henan Province" in the country, closely following the pace of the "Major Strategy for Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" and the "Big Data Intelligent Application Strategy of the Ministry of Public Security", and adhering to the macro vision of "Safe Roads, Smooth Journeys", vigorously driving the vigorous development of intelligent traffic management in Henan Province.
With the assistance of Zhunyuan Network, massive device data is accessed, covering 32,000 video channels, 14,000 checkpoints, and 35,000 law enforcement evidence collection devices. It stably receives nearly 100 million data push messages every day, accurately realizing real-time dynamic monitoring of the province's expressways, national and provincial highways, and urban main roads. At the same time, it successfully creates a minute-level, all-weather "One Map" command and operation system, constructing 4 major categories and 14 kinds of "traffic vital sign indicators" including roads (real-time road conditions, congestion index, congestion mileage, average speed, congested sections), motor vehicles (number of vehicles on the road, number of vehicles entering and leaving the jurisdiction, traffic flow of key roads, two passenger vehicles and one dangerous cargo vehicle), events (traffic police situations, traffic incidents, severe weather), and police forces (police officer positions, police car positions), achieving "One Map for Perception, One Map for Display, One Map for Research and Judgment, One Map for Evaluation", and comprehensively enhancing traffic governance efficiency.
